Extended Warranty Terms
Must be purchased with the original equipment purchase OR prior to the expiry of the standard 24 month warranty.
Purchasing after the original purchase but prior to the expiry will incur a 50% premium in the policy cost.
Warranty commences from the date of installation.
All hardware must be registered with Perceptor at the time of installation.
Perceptor will ensure that the replacement hardware is shipped in a timely manner once your claim and our confirmation has been issued.
Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the End User.
Perceptor reserve the right to upgrade your system to the latest hardware design and specification and cannot guarantee the availability of previously released hardware.
Perceptor reserves the right to nominate the Authorized Reseller for this upgrade if the original Reseller is deemed not suitable or no longer an Authorized Reseller.
Perceptor’s nominated Authorized Reseller must receive back the originally supplied hardware to a return location that it will specify at the time within 21 days of the delivery of the new hardware.
Failure to return the original hardware will result in the new hardware being charged at the full End User price.
Depending on location, alignment of other planned service visits, availability and access restrictions to the equipment during normal business hours, Perceptor’s Authorized Reseller may charge additional costs for travel, accommodation and attendance to site to carry out any hardware upgrade(s).
