EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR)
Perceptor IoT kit packaging information
Perceptor IoT is a label inspection and verification solution for use in product manufacturing environments where industrial label printers are used.
The Installation Kit for end user installation on ZT610 and ZT620 printers, or for kits to be held as reseller stock, is delivered in a bespoke cardboard outer with die cut inserts for shipping only.
Spare/repair components may be shipped separately.
The cardboard packaging is designed and produced by a third party supplier. In accordance with the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) they confirm that they:
do not intentionally add per-and polyfluorinated alkyl substances (PFAS) during the manufacturing process to its corrugated packaging
do not manufacture ‘food contact’ packaging and are therefore exempt from testing for PFAS
comply with the Heavy Metal Threshold limit of <100 mg/kg for the combined sum of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium (VI), as required under Article 5(4) PPWR
confirm the absence of SVHC in concentration limits above the threshold limit of 0.1% of the final manufactured corrugated packaging
keep up-to-date with the PPWR and monitor changes to remain compliant with the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR).
This confirmation is based on information provided from the supply chain and is current and correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of issue.
