Return shipping instructions for demo kit hardware

All your Perceptor IoT demo equipment in one Peli™ Air demo kit case!

Please arrange to return the following hardware so we can replace with the latest versions:

  1. Camera assembly

  2. Camera board enclosure (without power cable)*

  3. IoT device

IMPORTANT! Please keep all other component parts of your demo kit.

4. Please send your company logo for inclusion in the kit case branding - to reseller@perceptor-inspection.com

*Please follow these instructions to return only the required parts of your camera board enclosure (download the image instructions to print if required):

1. Lift the heavy duty camera cable clear of the housing.

2. Unclip the USB power cable.

3. Disconnect the white camera connector.

4. Remove the grey encoder clip.

5. Disconnect the encoder.

6. Replace the cover. The camera board enclosure is now ready to return, with the camera assembly and the IoT device.
