Altarex was established in 1992 and is one of the first companies operating in the AutoID market in Poland, and thus the oldest authorized distributor and servicer of Zebra/Eltron printers in the country, among others. Since its inception, ALTAREX has been selling a wide range of AutoID equipment and solutions, including: label and plastic card printers, scanners, barcode terminals, label applicators and consumables (ribbons and labels). A key product is the equipment for barcode print quality verification, i.e. verifiers and verification systems both online and offline.

  The customer and his needs have always been of paramount importance to Altarex. We strive to make sure that the customer gets exactly what they need from us, so we start customer service with a thorough analysis, possibly verification of the customer's needs. We try to find the best possible solution, deliver the right equipment, pilot the implementation and, most importantly, are available to the customer after the order is completed. We do not end with the sale itself, but most importantly we try to be supportive to the customer after it is finalized.

  Training is also an important part of Altarex's offer - both in the operation and maintenance of the equipment and, most importantly, in issues related to barcodes, print quality verification regulations and GS1 regulations.
